Isopod? Parasite? Need ID

These fell off a frag I just got during iodine dip (I followed it up after with coral RX Pro dip).

Should I toss the frag? Are these ok? Will the dips get them all? I did extended dips and a bit stronger.

dangit! Now I feel bad for killing them off lol. I’ve read they even graze GHA!
