Isopod?

Is this an isopod? He is hiding in the rock, so it's hard to get a better photo. Has anyone successfully removed one without harming their peppermint? If so, any tips would be greatly appreciated!

I would try to catch the shrimp by making a bottle trap. That way if it is a isopod or something that needs to be treated you don't have to worry about having to catch him. He is a picture I found on how to make the trap

That's actually a really smart idea. I'll try to do that now.
 
Bottle is in! I was able to stick my phone in the tank, this is as close as he would let me get. I think he may actually have 2 if they are indeed Isos. It looks like his other side is starting to bulge out. Can'treally see it in this photo.
