Issue Connecting Xr15 g6 to power brick

I received my xr15 g6 today and have the mount built, but am having a heck of a time plugging the adapter into the brick. It goes in about 1/8” then gets stuck. No matter how much I try I cannot get it plugged in all of the way. Anyone have any tips?

I would call technical support (after making sure you're putting it in the right orientation). Good luck

I actually reached out to them yesterday afternoon. Sent a few photos and they said that is a new issue for them lol. They are sending a replacement unit. Great support.
