Anyone know why this Clownfish has purplish/black coloring on the lip/mouth area? I've never seen this before.

She is the hungriest fish I've ever had and goes crazy when I come near the tank. She gets so excited, she'll run right into the glass. Given that, could the darkness on her mouth be bruising?

Side note: I love this Clown. I got her from a guy who took his tank down recently, she is HUGE (biggest Ocellaris I've ever seen), but so docile.

most likely some bruising, it’s quite common for clowns to get it. If you start noticing redness or swelling then it could be a bacterial infection.
