I recently ordered a stunning torch coral. Something happened to the coral and they weren't able to fill my order. Instead of attempting to locate a similar coral or even offering help of any kind, they simply blew off the order. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the rapid refund, but after ordering from them for years, my expectations were higher. I get it. Stuff happens and coral dies, but after ordering from them MANY times and talking with them on the phone, my expectations were higher concerning how they treat customers when bad things happen.
This was my first/only bad experience with them, but no customer likes to feel taken for granted. When you drop $300 on a single coral... perhaps I'm being unreasonable?

Well it looks like he did what you asked by refunding the money. Guess that was a no to the discount. Lol. I agree he could have communicated better though.

Lol yup. And that's all I meant. He should've at least offered to help.
Oh and I asked for the discount because the torch I'd purchased was discounted during his sale.

Just heard back from him. This was nothing more than a case of misunderstanding/lack of communication. This has been my only issue after years of being a happy customer and I'm certain I'll purchase again [emoji4]

Glad it all worked out. :-)

I apologize. The email I posted wasn't from him, but me. It was my response to him. Does this make a difference?

It's best to just leave out all private communication screen shots.

No need for an apology.;) Again glad it all worked out for both parties.
