Issue with new aqamai kpm

Hey guys,

I recently bought two aqamai kpms for my tank and when installing today when one wouldn’t come on. Both are brand new. On the one that wasn’t workin the ac adapter light was blinking. Any idea what I can do to alleviate this issue? I’d hate to have to wait for a warranty replacement.

I had the same issue. The propeller is stuck. I just gave mine a spin and it has worked fine ever since.

did you do this when it was unplugged? I checked that and oven pulled out thw propeller to inspect for damage. It looks like the circle isnt lighting up at all which leads me to believe there’s something wrong with the a/c adapter.

Hmmmm…. I'm not sure what circle you mean. Mine was flashing when I first installed it, so I look the powerhead apart, reinserted the propeller, and then gave it a spin to make sure it wasn't stunk on anything. When I plugged it back in it powered right up.
