I’ve had this PB in quarantine for over a month treating prophylacticaly with CP. no issues and are the whole time. Ever since I transferred him on to the DT he swims pretty erratically in figure 8 motions. The other day I noticed something on it that I swore was external and protruding a bit. Any ideas? Catching him will be hard as he’s a incredibly fast swimmer and I have a full reef. Thanks!

It looks like a cut. Are there any other tangs in the tank with him? How many gallons?

200, yes. All fairly small. At first he and the kole were going at it a bit but not very much. In my years I’ve seen way worse without damage. The list is Him, foxface, kole, gramma, regal, and naso, cardinal and chromis. Would a cut protrude though? Possible infection?
