Issue with SB Reef Lights WiFi programming

I am confused with the programming parameters with this light. When I look at the webpage for the light it states:

• Wifi control through Android App (No OIS yet) Up to 10 set points for each channel/ 30 per day

and shows an example of programming which shows 10 different times for ramping during the day. However if you watch Mike's Youtube videos part 1 and 2 on programming the light he shows and seems to explain that you can program up to 30 different times a day for ramping changes. I also noticed the app he is using is different than mine. I do not have a Stop time for a timer on my app. I am aware there have been a couple different versions of the app released and assume this is the difference.

Here is why I am confused. When I received my light I only programmed 10 times per day for ramping changes and the light has worked perfectly. last night it added several more times in for a more seamless ramp. After I added these times (27 total) the light would not come on in Smart mode. I had manual control and I could preview the program but when I sent the new program to the light I received the popup on the app advising the light was updated (I forget what it actually said) but the light did not come on. I assumed I had added too many ramping points and went to bed. When I got up the morning the light is om and appears to be running my program.

So, how many times per day will the light change it's settings and is there a minimum amount of time between ramping changes. Also any idea why the light would not accept the programming last night?
