Issues with CoralVue Klir Di-7

Hi everyone!
I wanted to reach out to see if anyone else has experienced issues with floaters of cotton from the Klir roll getting in their display. If so, what did you do to fix the issue?? I have reached out to BRS support and they have not heard of such an issue. It’s so bad in my tank it looks as if it’s snowing.

I’ve tried other floss and methods to stop it from coming in to the display from the sump but nothing is working. I put filter socks back in an now it’s clearing up.

I would appreciate any feedback or experiences that other reefers may have.

I've had two of them running side by side for about two months now with no issues. Hope you figure this out!

Odd. Where is cotton coming from I don't see anything like that on my fleece.
