Issues with gha

So I was using tap water since I've had the tank. Tiny bits of gha here and there, some cyano, but that's it. I get a 5 stage rodi and the gha exploded. Coincidence or is there a reason? Like it gets worse than it gets better...

I honestly have no clue what my phosphates are and I feed enough so everyone gets a bite, no leftovers. Any ideas?

Strange for sure. Maybe tank is adjusting to new water. Salt (and elements) in salt mixes can bond with different elements in your water. There’s no telling. Sorry I can’t help.

That's ok, I can't imagine it'll get worse. Maybe since the water is becoming cleaner, it's becoming a better environment for gha. As it gets cleaner I'm hoping it gets better.
