Issues with iOS photos on mobile devices

Hi. Maybe it’s just me but when adding photos from my iPad or iPhone the image is always added with a 90 degree rotation. And the forum won’t let me correct it (no image rotation option). Anyone else seen this?

Interesting. This has not been an issue from me from my iPhone.
