issues with my radion

Good morning!
I'm hoping someone can walk me through setting up my radion before I smash it! It's a Gen 1 and I just got it back from Radion. When I open the program and plug the light in it tells me it's offline. When it's not offline I can not pull up a program. Anyone?

The application manager has to be open

U can't just log into the website u have to go into your files and open the application manager
