Has anyone else experienced some issues with their ReefBeat app that controls the Red Sea LED90s? The glitch I am experiencing relates to the Daylight Savings Time option. Even though I select the option it seems to revert back to regular time on the lights themselves by the end of the day. The app will correctly show the time and light levels under the schedule. However, under the LED status it will be desynced in a way and will show the light levels as if it is not day light savings time. If I go in and reset DST it will work for a while and then desync again. I got so tired of messing with it that I just manually adjusted the schedule an hour behind.

For the community (Message of Red Sea)...
Hoping that I can help some

Apologies, but we now understand that DST (daylight savings time) setting is not automatically applied to the LEDs after a firmware upgrade is made and therefore upgraded lights are running 1 hour behind the schedule. (Now affecting users in USA and Australia/NZ)

To reimplement the DST on your units simply:

Complete the Firmware update on all of your devices.

Go to the aquarium edit page.

Deactivate the DST setting and “Save” the setting.

Reactivate the DST setting and again “Save” the setting.

This will resync all devices on the aquarium with the correct time including the DST.

Note- If you did not save after each change it will not get implemented!
