Long story short I received several bags of frozen snails that had been in their box for a week. I understand issues with shipping around the holidays but I can’t get ahold of them to resolve the issue. The phone number online goes to voicemail and I left a couple messages on the website. Any other ideas? Thanks

Could try email. How long have you waited for a response? I never ordered from them before but when contacting Live Aquaria it took them a few days to respond.

This the 5th day, Could somebody share the email? I’ve been using the contact form on the website but can’t seem to find the email. I’m sure he will as well, I’ve read great things about them. Also just to make it clear I’m not trying to bash them in anyway just wasn’t sure if there was another way to contact that I wasn’t aware of. Thanks!

I’ve always had very positive experiences with - I’ve ordered live rock and multiple CUCs from him. He’s been very responsive over email - like others have mentioned, this could be difficult timing with the holidays.

The email address i have on file is reefcleaners@gmail dot com

I just ordered a 90g quick crew yesterday. Shipped today with email confirmation. Be here tomorrow according to the date. The website did state they were away for the holidays and today was the first day back. Could be a giant backlog of trying to get orders out and such. Just my opinion.

I've always had positive results with them. It has taken time to get a call or email returned but always resolution. Been buying for a few years.

When I ordered from them, the box I got looked like the upstairs driver had used it as a seat cushion all day before delivering. I got responses from John within minutes when I emailed him. I would imagine the holidays may be playing a role in the lack of response. Best of luck!

I have ordered from John for over seven years. Great guy great products! The same problem every time is the USPS but only going across the state of Florida. I would watch the tracking info and see it sit in Opa- Locka usps and arrive way late. I have ordered from other company's on the east side of Florida where Reef Cleaners is located and have the same issue. The package sits there in Opa -Locka much longer than any place else. Give John some time he will get you straightened out.

Well almost three weeks since my purchase and still no response, just updating. I was chalking it up to vacation but now I’m starting to get frustrated. I’ve had people PM’ing me that they’ve spoken to them since my initial email, I’m not sure what the deal is. I was very polite in my email too. Considering I never received a tracking number, no email or calls back and all that I have received is several bags of frozen cuc I’m not too happy.
