Issues with Waterbox Aquariums

I ordered my aquarium 3/13/23 it showed to ship between 3/15/23 and 3/30/23 at the latest. i called on 4/1/23 to verify my tank had shipped. It hadn't they said it would definitely ship by 4/14, no huge deal 2 weeks is understandable. I call sometime around 4/15 to check on my tank and I got the same excuse and was told it WOULD ship by 4/30/23 that my ship date was confirmed and hadn't changed. here it is 5/1 and its not shipped. I've mostly bought used tanks so this may all be normal dealing with aquarium companies. I've tried to ask this on the waterbox official facebook group but the moderators won't allow it. any input from previous customers would be GREAT!
 
I have had no issues with my purchases from Waterbox. That being said, I have not bought a tank from them in the last 1.5 years and in that time they have started being sold on BRS, etc and it seems like they might be experiencing some growing pains from expansion.

I hope they get it together and ship out your tank soon.

Yeah they just seem to have a problem getting tanks, especially the new Infinia Line in stock. I've been cooking rock for a new build and it was going to be the new 125.4. Over a month ago it said "4 to 6 weeks" on their site. A week ago I contacted them and they said "4 to 6 weeks". Lost my patience and IM was have a sale. Switched and bought a new Nuvo 100 EXT system. The IM has already shipped! Best of luck, hope you get it worked out.
 
The amount of censorship some of these aquarium companies are practicing on social media is shameful. They took your money, did not deliver when they stated they would, but you aren't allowed to ask about it on their FB page?

it is shameful and there's not much you can do about it. but the tank has been up for several months now and it was worth the wait. I do think if i ever ordered another one from and they changed my ship date id just cancel the order.
