It finally happened

After a collective 6 years reefing i have managed to get my first flood, i finally forgot to set a timer on my ATO on the second floor,

All told, less than an inch of water in a 5g bucket came out after I punched that hole. Any suggestions for fixing this? Can I do it myself or will I need to get a contractor in here?
