It keeps pulling me back

Just a quick intro here. I have had a few builds with time between but each time trying to do better than the last. I still remember my first attempt.... 55 gallon with bio ball sump.... Oh how the technology has changed.
This is my 4th and I feel it is that sweet spot, finally some quality equipment to get to the next level.
140 gallon waterbox peninsula, 2 - xr30's, 2 mp40's and an aquascape completely built by myself. Definitely a dream setup at this point, can't wait to finally be up and running. Water goes in tomorrow!

Always be salty!

Welcome! Glad you joined. Sounds like you have lots of experience to share - you will fit right in here!

Have you considered starting your build thread? I found its a great place to document my tank's evolution for myself. I started tank first then joined, so I'm still finding myself going back collecting pictures & updating historically as well as current state. Once you create your first post in your thread and link it to your account, they will give you build badge (look left, under my ID). You might even consider thread for your other tanks if they are still up, though they will only give you one badge

This might help you find people local to you:

This is a good reference book type online article I still review:
