It my BTA splitting

My BTA has looked like this for about a week is it trying to split it has its foot stretched out about 3 inches

It's possible. But my experience with BTAs splitting is, that it only takes a day or two at most.

Now it has move under my rock and looks even smaller. It seems to open a little when I feed my filter feeder food what am I doing wrond

Hard to tell from pics, but is your water cloudy in the tank?
 
Can't really tell from the pic. An anemone splitting could be either good or bad.
It can be good that the anemone is healthy enough to clone itself. It could be bad as the anemone due to its poor health and its hope that a clone might do better elsewhere.
 
Anemones are very hard to predict and seem to have minds of their own.

As others have asked, what are the parameters in your tank?

We check all good I think it was just hungry I was only feed him once a week and thinking he would catch food and clowns would help but now I'm feeding more and he is good
