They will have the blue chisel with yellow protective surround at harbor freight. I think it's called a masonry chisel and that's what you want. I would also recommend picking up an appropriately sized hand sledge. I like a 3lb for versatility

Whatever is comfortable to you, a single 1 inch chisel should have you covered if you place it right, I know I have "zen" in the title of the twins, I love playing with rock, look at shapes you like and make them happen.
