It was this big... Now its this big...

Older pic, but there is more for the CaRX in there now.

Don't hate me. It is nature. It even turns the sticks to get to new flesh.

Forgot, they get fed shrimp and macro also. Even with a shrimp in there, it will go to a new stick from trimming that colony before it goes to the shrimp. The chocolate chip will also take an acro over a shrimp.

nooo...:oops:i can fill a 30 gallon tote with dead sticks n astrea snail shells for ya'
# save the sticks...;):)

But in all reality, I honestly think why my starfish are so old, is they get what they would eat in the wild. Now I just need to find one that eats pandoras, nuclear greens, texas trash and all those other crazy growing palys. Would make life sooo much easier when doing tank buyouts and getting that stuff off the rocks lol.

Side note: general star also love pulsing xenia. It cleared a whole 6x6 rock of it in a day. None has come back either on that rock. Amazing critters with all of those sticky little feet lol.

@LRT Here is the coral I'm going to chop.

First pic is December 5th.
Second pic is today.
I'm chopping the top off because it's out pacing the rest of it.
