Your pavlova is green? My better half and I made a couple pavlovas, for the first time, over the holidays. It was definitely not green. I think you guys are doing something wrong.

It is most definitely NOT a Pop Over or, at least, the type of British Pop Over I know is more of a muffin. This is completely different and more difficult to make. The first three batches of mix went down the drain because the consistency was not just right.

I considered trying to make pavlova last December but was too busy making other foods instead. It's definitely on my list for a future attempt!
