...but... I am also preferential to the simplicity of a 2-3 color logo like the blue background, white clowns in negative and white coral, and black text! I guess it depends on how you are using the logo.
On table banners and signs, the full-color logo is best in my opinion, but in applications where the logo is small (such as on business cards), the simplified color scheme may be better.

Obviously it's up to you in the end and there has already been a lot of good input here.

The little black line around everything wont translate well to print/other media. I recommend just doing the panels of color, no border.
