I run this 40B tank with 2 kessil A360WE at 100% both channels, no skimmer, no sump.... 2 icecap 2ks provide the motion in my ocean! I couldn't be happier with the results. 5 gallon water change a week...

When they mature the male will kill off an other males. I believe I have 2 and 2. Once I get mine to pair up ill have to find a place for the other 2 if its a pair your welcome to them. In the early 2000s I kept a trio. 1 male and 2 females. They bred like clockwork for me... cutest little babies ever! My absolute favorite fish.

@fishguy242 spam incoming My display is now a display and not a frag tank. Downsized traded and bought. Also moved the rocks closer to the center to allow easier cleaning on all three panes. Also swapped out a support rock with one that protrudes out and towards the center of the tank. Still tinkering but pretty much set

Moved the frag tank to dads garage. Def easier to work on it there. Finished the shell and got the first coat of paint on it today!

I cant wait to get this thing moving... here it is with the tank on it before it was painted and moved from my friends garage... I redid a couple of the panels because I didn't like the fit. It will have some nice decorative trim on it. Needs another coat or 2 of paint. Leaving the front open for now. May put some frosted glass doors on it later on. Depending on how it looks.

I'll have to build the sump. I learned how to cut glass a couple weekends ago. So I have all the glass panels to make a custom sump out of the 40B.

Didn't like the light grey... wont pop with the trim i chose. So I repainted with a darker and I love it. My painting skills need work... but I'm hoping to have trim on it tomorrow so excited to be moving forward finally...

Got a little more done today. Corner peices of trim painted and put on. Top trim cut to fit (not attached yet) will need a couple of coats of paint. Bottom trim cut, same thing, sand paint, paint again. Once all the trim is on, I'll give the trim another coat of paint... moving along.
