I think it was stress related I'm trying to dial in salinity and my ato... I tested today and salinity was a little low 1.021

Totally agree. As soon as the second half is done the frags that are spoken for will have a permanent home and the rack disappears.
And thank you for the compliment. It was my first try at NSA and I'm pleased with it. Can't wait to see what 6 months do to it.

I spend a lot of time over in the aquascape forum sharing my opinions. your's is the first scape I would change nothing.
now don't screw up the other side.

New rocks gave me dinos.... let the battle begin... going to test phosphates and nitrates tomorrow. Just started running chaeto in the fuge hoping I didn't bottom out nutrients... zoas are a little upset... lps seem annoyed.

Brown stringy, blasts apart with a turkey baster... reforms in long strands...

Couldn't find my nitrate test. Did run my hanna low range test. Phosphates are at .04 - .05 I'd like them closer to .12 seems to be my sweet spot.

Removed 2/3 chaeto from fuge. I'll cut back the photo period. And feed heavy. Should get it moving in the right direction.

Dirty water transplant happening tomorrow... 0 nitrates .03 phosphates tonight when tested I need dirty water...

Figured out this is definitely my fault...
60% of the water was brand new when I transferred to the new tank. Then when I added my new rock I did another 15 gallons so about 16% water change...
Then I added chaeto not thinking to test before. 2 days later... DINOS...

Figured out this is definitely my fault...

No skimmer... have always designed my systems to run biologically... I tuned this one up to fast... my export exceeded my input because I went to fast... I know better... you could always make the drive with a slurry for me @fishguy242 I'll take some shrooms, a torch, and a surprise....

Sometimes I go to liveaquaria and fill my shopping cart with whatever I see in divers den that I like... just to see how much I could really spend if I had and endless supply of money and a giant tank...
