Its a party on this Goni... atleast for another 15 minutes or so. Noticed them at the store but it was clearable and the color is really punchy. Thanks Salifert!

Wow. That is bad LOL

The coral looks like it is recessing also.

Probably should make a note to quarantine anything you get from that LFS LOL

Those just planaria? They don't eat coral right? Just dying decaying materials and algaes? They're ugly don't get me wrong and that coral does not look healthy. Sorry that stinks.

This coral was open huge and looking great at the LFS today. I noticed the flatties right away but have dipped corals with them in the past np. The receding on the bottom rim is because they had the base buried in sand. Not the sharpest tools at the LFS, but that's why I got it to save it. The video is taken in a small coral dipping tank for when I bring new stuff home. Most LFS in this area have some sort of bugs in there tank. Lol

The chemical reaction of flatworm exit brings them all out and then every 15 minutes I basted them out of the dipping tank. After 30 minutes there were no more . If you don't baste them out the dead flatworms will excrete a poison that could nuke inhabitants or tank.

Depends on the kind of flatworms. Some are specialized feeders like nudis. Some are good and some are harmful...
