227 for about 10-11 polyps, not bad at all! A really fair price. I'm amazed at how great of condition they are from being sold from Ebay! And they don't look tiny either. Any comparison pics next to other zoas and paly? Maybe a picture of a rasta on one side and an UC on the other would be pretty cool!

No problem, My Utter Chaos are huge though so it wont be the best comparison, but I will do comparison shots with a few different zoas. Craziest thing about how good they look, is that they were shipped from Oregon overnight, and then sat on my kitchen counter for 4.5 hours before I could put them in the tank. I took those pics about one hour after I put it in the tank too. I think its going to be a super super hardy morph. And yeah what I paid wasnt bad at all, especially considering I thought I was paying for 6 polyps

Really glad to see you got them, they are sweet. I have bought alot from Rudy and his stuff is top notch and his pictures are really WYSIWYG. Glad to see him get some love on this website, because I feel some folks have bought and bid from him, then sell the same exact product or frags at 10x the price and never mention they bought it from GB, when it is obvious.

Nice zoas !! I saw them in person! I bid on them too but 200+ was just too rich for me! Congrats! I agree GB has some really nice stuff and his pictures are a good representation.

I have not seen any zoas like that in a long time!

Since you have a good amount, I think it would be an interesting idea if you made a few frags and tested around the tank so see which area of light holds their color the best like the one Poomba has, which is this really dark black so that the green contrasts really well. So, if higher, medium, or lower light would give them the desired "raver" colors. Would be cool!

They probably are the same, just slightly morphed with the lighting. I really hope that mine retain their crisp color, but time will tell. Ill update this thread with growth pictures and morph pictures when they happen.

You made that frag, meaning you get to see Rudy's stash?! Ahhh so lucky! I only dream of going to a place full of wild colonies to inspect every inch of wild colonies to find new morphs.

That being said, coloration contrast and skirts could change overtime due to lighting and flow. Extreme's look like an established zoa based from the pics I'm seeing.

I am blessed to work with Rudy! At 44 years young I still feel like a kid at christmas every time we receive an order!
The phantoms have shown to be a very hardy zoa! We do have a fair amount of tank raised corals too.
