Its bacteria.....I think?

So i starred noticing more and more that some of my substrate was turning brown and appeared to be "clumpy". After trying to vacuum it, I found it was fairly hard and didn't break up all that easily. Then recently I started to notice it also was going up rock, which lead me to believe it may be bacteria?

It's too hard to tell against the substrate with the blue lights.

Understandable I can try to get a white light photo. One more thing that leads me to believe it is bacteria is it had that "fuzzy" look.
