A quick intro: I'm a retired guy who has kept "salt water" aquariums since 1977. Needless to say, things have changed. My current reef is a 55 with 20 gallon sump. I set it up in 2000. DSB with 1" plenum.

My pride and joy is an Ocellaris Clown. She is in her 28th year. I got her as a juvenile when my son was born, so I am sure of her age. This video is a few years old now, but she did lay an egg nest a couple of months ago.

Currently I'm trying to figure out the best ways to gut load adult brine for my new Mandarin, and how to get them to ingest fish oil supplement.

Howdy
To gut load live adult brine I would use something like phyto feast in some water. Heavy solution, and let them swim and ingest it. Use the left over to feed your tank or your baby brine. Or toss it in the fridge for the next round after straining out the adult brine
