Well I am not even sure who is in the club anymore that's how long its been. But as with so many before we never leave forever just take a break. Well the break is over hope everyone is doing well. I do have a LED question

Any one have any recommendations for an LED fixture to run over a 29 gl. cube? Something that will grow corals SPS, LPS not to say that color is not important but this will be a minimalist looking tank. Would rather have the growth to establish them and then color them up.

I would look into the Kessel A160. I have the older version of that light over my 29 cube and I like it a lot.

Welcome back! I have used an oceans revive arctic fixture over my JBJ 30 for the last couple of years. Good color on SPS, not great growth. Good growth and great color with LPS and zoas. Can't beat the price and they are on sale right now for $158, has a timer built in.

Our next meeting in Jan will cover LED lighting we will be raffling an AI Prime for APIs members.

I personally like aqua illumination LEDs, but they all work as long as you get the right ones.

I agree with Chris above the ocean revive its a great lighting seen plenty of members use it with success.

Welcome back, Justin! It's been a while, man. Hope all is well.

I'd recommend Kessil for LEDs, probably a 360we for that size tank, although a 160 may work, too.
