Its been a while!

I bet you're getting excited! Getting close to adding water. Congrats on the build nearing the fun part!

Thanks! I cut the weir combs to right at the bottom of the black brace hoping to keep water level just above it. Would that be right?
Mine runs about halfway between the top of the weir and the bottom. It all depends on the flow entering the tank. I think your weirs may be wider than mine are so potentially it'll handle more flow easier.

Cool. My pump should be able to handle it. Plus I'll be placing a T for an ATS
I cut a T in to the return pump line and have a ball valve on the horizontal line for easy adjustment. Opening it lowers the flow to the tank so I can basically run the tank level where I want it. Also creates that flow in my sump for cheato.

Back painted, bulkheads installed and overflow silicone in place.

My arch aquascape fell apart when I moved it to tank. So here what I've got now. Tried to get it where I had it. Any thoughts on how I have everything placed so far?

40 breeder? Looks really nice! What light you running?
It's a 75. I'm running a 90 watt Noopsyche K7 Pro II and a Noopsyche 75 watt K7 V3. Getting ready to setup a 110 frag tank (60" x 30" x 15" tall) with 2 Noopsyche K7 V3 140 watts. We'll see if it's enough light for that. Shallow tank so it should be. Low light corals on the ends and bright light corals in the middle.

This one's a little more recent with a lot more chaos. I now have frag racks along almost the entire front of the tank after this picture was taken. I bought 31 new corals in December...

Leak test done everything looks good. Took me some time tuning the return and overflow. Did multiple power outage scenario. Looking good! Getting ready to start the cycle but the LFS didn't have Dr Tim's so I had to settle for the Fluval Cycle. Anyone ever use this? And if so just follow the label? And do I need to add anything else? Thanks!

I used it once. Had a massive bacterial bloom. Nothing died but the tank was cloudy for a couple of days. I used half of what it said.

Well I dont plan on putting any fish in for a lil bit maybe week or 2. Longer if I need to wait for cycle.

Did your tank just get ugly for a bit? And what did you do to fix?
