It's Just a Tank

I don't, I feel like it would wash out the picture some so I haven't even tried. The phone struggles a bit with colors when the lights are mostly blues though.
They all do. That's where lenses can help. Even orphek or icecap. There are some you should avoid. Might want to ask @Lost in the Sauce his favorite lens for pixel6

Hes got beautiful pics on his build. I love those nems

Last photo dump for maybe a few weeks. I am loving the coloration of the pectinia.
Digital camera, no filters.

I don't know why the lobo is bubbly.

This was the war zone. rbta was trying to sleep under the monti. Monti kicked his... 2 pieces of it. Waiting to see if the higher par caused the other half to gain purple tipped spikes. Also, love the pavona. I may need to remove some leaves to allow more light to reach the bottom. Or chop the frag stem off.

Another tinja split. Vermen snail in the pic. I'll kill it later.

Macro shots are great. It's how people get sold on acropora. Canon is the better go to camera for aquariums. Sony, is better for streaming reasons. So, my husband tried to get a camera that would benefit us both.
I’m looking at getting the a6000 too. Looks like a nice piece of tech. I’ve been a Sony fan since I was knee high. What lens should I look into for taking reef pics?

I'll have to head over to GSC and see what they have.
You could do Cyphastrea and Leptastrea? Several different varieties available. That might make for a killer display! Alternate branches between one.... Maybe an astreopora or two also?

Honestly, not sure. Those 90mm lenses get expensive. I havent dove into that just yet. Still more livestock I want.

I was hoping to stay all with cyphastrea so that they could intermingle well, as well as keeping the same texture and raised polyps.

I'm hoping it'll look like a Dr Seuss tree when I'm done with it.
