... that make you reflect on all the great sellers on R2R. What is it you ask, we'll, when you get your first DOA.
I'm often very trusting and always give people the benefit of the doubt because without trust you have nothing.
When there is a problem, the buyer tends to freak out wondering if they just got stuck, while the seller is wondering what happened so they can learn and not repeat the mistake.
So here is a list of people who have spoiled me with awesome experiences (some multiple) on R2R (in no particular order)
@therman (x2)
@gws3 (x3)
@Flyin High
@vetteguy53081
@pizzaguy
@Shallow Planet
@coral reeftank
@James M
@SamsReef
@C'monvonng m ng
@bobby.w.hodges
@watchguy123
There are others I won't list. One bad (you can find that elsewhere), one still working out, and a very frustrating one where all five extreme high end frags STN'd (2 left) over three months. My hypothesis is the system these frags came from received routine "treatments" that target a specific "bacteria" which also affected the corals ability to cope with other bacteria. It's like taking antibiotics and never being able to handle dairy again. Imagine going through life with no pizza!
I've made mistakes along the way as we all have and have lost a fair share of money on frags. Each time I tell myself I'm done with this money pit, but I keep coming back because of the great people above pushing me crack for my addiction.
So I just have to update this because there is one person listed that doesn't seem to care about money. I ordered 2 frags, got 3 of which one I ordered lost all it's tissue within a week. Not only did they offer to send a replacement free of cost, they offered additional frags at a steep discount. A true hobbyist! As close as I've come to this sort of experience in the past is getting a wrong order and then getting a replacement for the cost of shipping.
