I've made adjustments to my stocking, but I need help

I've made some adjustments to the stocking list, but I know that they all won't fit in there so I need a little bit of help deciding what fish and corals would work best together. The current stock is the same. It's a 36g bowfront tank with at least 20 pounds of rock. I have 2 false percula clownfish, 2 black cardinalfish, 1 diamondback goby, 3 hermit crabs, 1 snail, and 2 peppermint shrimp

For fish:
1 tailspot blenny, 3-4 chromis (black axil or blue/green), 1 royal gramma, 1 neon goby, 1 fire fish, 1 wrasse (McCosker's flasher or red head solon fairy), 1 scissortail dartfish

For invertebrates:
1 serpent star, 1 sand sifting star, 1 tuxedo urchin

For coral:
Elegance coral, toadstool coral, trumpet coral, open brain coral, bubble coral, montipora

For corals we really need to know the light that you run

also dot be tank have a sump and skimmer

honestly you can add almost any fish on that list. But in a 36 gallon reef too many fish imo will inhibit what types of corals you want to keep unless you take measures to control nutrients. If you need at reefing my advise is keep the fish bioload down. Be patient let the corals and stuff grow and thrive before adding too many fish.

Honestly your CUC is super small if it is only 3 hermits, 1 snail, and 2 peppermint shrimp. You could definitely add more hermits and snails. And still add the serpent star, sand sifting star, and urchin. How long has the tank been up? Stars in general don't do too well in younger tanks.

I wouldn't do the group of chromis...they have been known to turn on each other if no external predator and you'll end up with one anyway. Fire fish, dart fish and neon goby may not all play well together. The neon and one of the others are probably safest bet.

You've got a mishmash of corals there if you're just starting out. I would add the fish over the next 6 months (I did 7 in 40 gallon in 3 purchases over 5 months - and I wasn't fully stable for a month after - which cost me a two early SPS).

Go with some cheap (canary corals) - meaning buy something you can afford to lose, but will like if it makes it. I did duncan, sea fan, zoa or two to start.

Edit - and a birds nest and cyphastrea (they didn't make the first round)...two months later tried birds nest again, then diatoms hit - lost it. Third time was the charm.

And I wouldn't do any stars or urchins until your bio-load from the fish settles in. That's just personal preference. I had thought about them too, but after having tank for a while, I'm going more towards conchs/snails/small hermits. Not saying that's best, just illustrating that what you want will change after you get more.

Add some CUC along with fish but don't get too many to start - CUC gotta eat, too.

Yeah I know that they wouldn't do well in my tank, considering it's barely a year old. So this is just a roadmap of ideas of species I'd like to have in my tank

Yeah, this is just a roadmap of ideas that I had. What fish would you substitute in place of the chromis, dartfish, goby and fire fish. Thanks for the coral ideas, I'll look into them right now!

I agree w the chorus to take it slow, but we all understand the desire to get the tank going.
If your current stock settles in well, I'd be down for adding the toadstool, trumpet, and brain sometime over the next month or so.
