If all goes well I should be receiving a pre-quarantined YWG tomorrow to replace my Tiger Pistol Shrimp's long time partner that I lost a few days ago. I've introduced shrimps to gobies before but never a goby to a well established shrimp. Nothing to worry about, right?
On that note, it's crazy how the loss of one fish can change the dynamic in a tank. I guess I didn't realize that the grumpy goby was the queen bee! And the shrimp has pretty much sat in the middle of his burrow not even poking his nose out for dinner. The new goby has big shoes to fill.

The stakes are even higher when you're trying for a new pairing! I hope my goby/shrimp pair live for years and years to come and when it's their time I hope they go together!
