You can usually get a single (tank) or dual (tank+RO) test kit. I'd find one with the lab in the US. Personally, I wouldn't get one done until your tank is established or you're having unexplained issues losing corals or fish that your normal testing doesn't reveal.

Is it worth it? All depends on your perspective.
