Iwaki magnet pump

I assume you meant Jebo.
Here's one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EQ6MDO...t=&hvlocphy=9007526&hvtargid=pla-353845588040

That Iwaki you have is $125 retail, btw. The pump in the link is $60 and will probably be more in line with what you need. I assume you are plumbing your tank with a sump/refugium?

Yes. Awesome. You seem to know your **** which is priceless. I'm going with your suggestion.

I am. A 20 gallon long sump. I have yet to pick a skimmer though I have a list. Either buying used or on black Friday... I gave away a couple thousand dollars worth of equipment now I'm learning just how much I should of kept. :/

Should I sell it then? Or add to my RO install as someone mentioned. I am having my RODI installed by a contractor shortly, it has to go under my sink due to my homes plumbing. He has yet to really look at the install instructions.

Unless you have a specific use in mind for it, I would.
That pressure booster pump you have, you might not need that either. Unless the guy installing your RODI maker says that your water pressure is just too low. Unless you live at the top of a Manhattan high rise apartment building, I'm also going to guess that your city water pressure to your home is going to be adequate. You might end up selling that little piece of equipment also.

I would join a local club and have some local members help you out so you don't go and buy and sell equipment with not knowing exactly what works and does not.
The Iwaki pump is external use only it never goes into the water.

Thank you. Ya, disappointed in how hard the groups are to connect with, but that's in progress. I think maybe it might go with a freshwater canister filter, which needs to go to.

The iwaki could be used for a water changing station. Iwaki makes some of the best magnetic drive pumps in the world. Good stuff.

You do not need to buy live sand just regular sand will do. Check out Premium Aquatics they sell some really good sand.

Tropic Eden reeflakes and it is on sale and sometimes not available.
