Jabao equipment not working

I bought a jabao wp25 SECOND HAND and the plug won't work. I know it's not the pump or controller because I have two and the other works. Anyone know where I can purchase another one or anyone got a wp25 they want to sell for cheap. Any ideas or opinions are good opinions. Here is a pic of part that's not working to clear it up
