I noticed the corner of my jack o lantern is bleaching or possibly peeling away? Don’t know if it has too much flow or anything.

Is there any corals near it that may be stinging it?

What are your parameters? ANy other corals looking upset?

No other corals really upset. Only other thing I could believe it is, is I just got a orange spot goby, maybe sand or I also moved mp40 forward a little and maybe it’s getting more flow but the open brain trachy is close to it and it seems to open up so I’m assuming it’s not too much flow. I also added a clam that sits in front of it.

Any swings in the alkalinity? Can you give us a full tank shot of the other corals near the lepto. It looks to be damage related from a sting or chewing from what I can see.

So my alk may be lower than that a little because the clam sucks it up. But I added more time on my doser. I haven’t checked alk since Wednesday night.

I don’t have much alk swing. Alk dropped from 8.7 on 4/4/18 to 8.2 4/11/18. With a water change in there too. But I just added clam not too long ago so that’s where I believe the huge drop in alk is from. But nothing extravagant

That's not much of a swing IMO to cause that.

How long has the MP40 been running the way it is? If it's been a recent change then you can try a different flow pattern but it's unlikely that it would cause that.

Been running same pattern but moved them forward maybe 4 inches.
