I had a 8 gallon starfire tank laying around and decided my son needed a tank. I tossed an old aqua clear 50 on it and a wave point light from my frag tank. It's been cycling for two weeks and should be g2g for July 1.

Thanks. The clarity is cool for such a small tank. I can see out of the window of my house. I hope it will look like fish float in the air in my kitchen.

Weekly shot. The star polyps look awesome in the flow. Some of the palys are stretching though. I will have to rearrange some time this week.

i brought my son over to my buddy's to pick out some zoas from his tank. I mounted them last night and will get a dollar amount when they open up and I know what they are.

What kind of light is that? LED? How many watts? I am wanting to set up a 10gal or so coral QT and want to find the cheapest way to light the coarls for 6 weeks.

It's wave points led light for frag tanks. I added some frags my son picked out from a freinds frag tank. I glued them down not thinking they where anything special. But 50+ polyps of stuff that's considered rare by the contest puts me out of it. Maybe next year I will do better with another tank.
