Jac's 110G Mixed Reef

o_Oo_O
:( So Sorry to hear that. Losing fish sucks.....
Thanks Ahruk! I've been telling myself to put a net cover over my tank but have not been able to do it yet. So far I have lost a pintail wrasse, mystery wrasse, yellowhead jawfish and a few other wrasses I cant remember.

Curious if you still have the fathead-sunburst-sunset whatever you want to call it anthias? Been debating about getting one myself. Does he regularly patrol the waters like in the Vid? What and how often did/are you feeding him?

Not sure if this will work or not but this one.

Hi i am sorry to tell you that i have already lost that fish. I had it for a year or so, but suddenly it stopped eating until it wasted away. Yeah, it was a joy to watch as it was always patrolling my reef as you said. I was feeding it mysis and pellets before it died. Too bad. He was a lot of work but he was worth it.

What camera/lens are you using?
I use a Canon 70d camera, and sometimes my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge (the video was shot using this). For Canon, I use different lenses from Canon EF 16-35 mm f2.8 L USM II ( wide angle shots), EF 100 mm f2.8 Macro (macro shots) to EF 70-200 mm f4. L IS USM II (for close up shots).

Think we might have gotten mixed up here. I was asking about the anthias I circled in the picture. Wondering if you still had it and what you are/were feeding it.

No, I was totally talking about my sunburst anthias which I had lost because it refused to eat for some reason after being in my care for a year or so.

Ah OK I didn't see words posted with your quote of my message. I've heard they are difficult to get to eat or to keep eating. That's the main reason holding me back.
In my experience, the difficult part is getting them to start eating. I don't know what went wrong with mine, but it was eating well until the day it started not eating. Then it was all downhill from there.
