Jaebo dosing pump programming

Hello, I'm programming my Jeabo WiFi dosing pump. I have calibrated each pump at 50 ML. Each one takes close to 70 seconds to pump 50 ml. When I program the same pumphead. I have it set to pump 20 ml at a time interval. But when the time comes and the pump is activated it only turns of for 2 seconds max. Pumping maybe 1 or 2 ml and not 20. Any help is appreciated.
