Hey guys,

In this thread I want to discuss roller filters, specifically why they jam and how to fix it.

In the attached video I do quick troubleshooting session to determine why my roller filter is no longer pulling forward, and how to fix it.

I've heard several people say they change out the dirty side once it gets halfway full. Apparently it can get really heavy and hard for the motor to turn.

I have trigger systems platinum sump w roller mat and it keeps jamming, knocking the roller off the gear. Haven't figured out why, it would appear to be too clogged and unable to pull clean fleece thru. Been manually pressing the "roll" button to move the fleece along. Gonna have to take a closer look to inspect. Would love to hear from other trigger system owners if they had similar experience.
