A Pico Jar reef tank is easy to set up once you understand the eco system and with appropriate light that cover right amount spectrum, ritual weekly 80% WC will do wonder.

Thanks, key to it is stability from establishing existing nano tank
Bacteria from live rock and sand from my nano reef tank that's instantly make it happens.
WC 60-80% weekly. Many Reef Jars been done before but I notice they have to do major clean up and algae scrubbing which is quite fast anyway so to keep the scrub cleaning to minimum and coral thriving is the right spectrum lighting.
I been done research with light spectrum and found a perfect light that incorporate the perfect spectrum:
3x Royal blue(460-470nm)
3x 10000k
2x blue (450nm)
1x purple (420-430nm)
1x UV (395-400nm)

If you use more than 12W and wrong spectrum it will produce too much algae.
Also don't forget incorporate plenty cope pods to help as filter feeder and food source for corals.

One more question. I put the two hermits in my 60 gallon tank witch has huge hermits and one hermit that is bigger than all the others and it likes to bury stuff. Will the two tiny ones be OK?

You will be fine. The key to the pico tanks is biological process, as long your live sand and rock come from established tank with a bubble to create the water turbulence for gas exchange. You will be amaze what a proper setup pico or nano tank can do.

Well it is long story actually it is not that long. I have never really seen aiptasia as a pest not that I would want them taking over my DT but when I saw this I had to try it. So I did.

I also have a aptaisa in a jar, I think it's pretty neat. I've had it in this jar for almost 6 months and never change the water lol.
