Might be a Burning Banana. Mine has pretty much 100% yellow for the flesh, where as yours looks mostly green. That being said, the linked JF picture has parts that have green as well. The green could transition to yellow depending on nutrients and trace elements as well.

Yep. But not just a plain Monti. It is yellow under the MHs but more green under T5s.
