so what one is better if I was to buy a few frags from one who would you guys recommend

Never dealt with Jason Fox but both are great vendors. Probably depends more on what coral specific frags you want

I have bought from both and I consider them both great and equals. I happen to run across Jason Fox more often at frag swaps and have bought from him more often. Both provide quality shipping as well.

I have bought from both and I believe the are pals and share and offer some of the same corals, I bought a mystery pack from jason's site and must say they were large & chunky. WWC frags can get pricey for what I consider a
decent frag, but they have a massive staff and overhead to pay for. Get one of each and compare for yourself, WWC has reduced shipping this month.

I see
