Did some Black Friday tank shopping and got this “Jason Fox Rainbow Favia” can anyone confirm it is? And what does it need to strive flow, lights and etc?

Don't know the name but it's sweet. Most favia prefer low light and low to medium flow.

Resembles dayglow favia. Might have to let it grow out some to get a better ID. It's a nice piece for sure.

That's what I thought at first but it's not because the left side is blue. It's sold under various names by a few vendors.

Could be but i think it's more of a swirling rainbow then the blue center of spicy lemon. Reef habit sells a version he calls rainbow warrior. The op will know if it heals and the left edge (currently blue) turns red. If so then probably spicy lemon. Just my opinion. Here are some pictures of the one I'm referring too.
