It seems to be a legit site (a bunch of different people have reviewed, and I've even seen a Reddit thread about it), but it seems like they struggle a bit from a business perspective, as they seem to be pretty lax/slow in responding to emails and such, and it seems they sometimes fall behind with filling orders.

You can give it a shot, or Dennis' site recommendation above might be better.
