Jaw fish could be sick?

Alright so my jawfish just left a 2 week QT where he showed 0 sign of illness. Hes in my main display now, still eating and lively no heavy breathing etc. but I’ve noticed this mark on his tail and a piece of tail which seems to be damaged. could this be a parasite or maybe just damaged from a rock? Also I see a possible marking near his head.
