Jaw in Quarantine

My Jawfish has been in Quarantine for 3 days now. Has not eaten much of anything I feed. Seems healthy, looks healthy but does not move from corner, just lays on bottom. He is in there with a firefish which is eating good.
Is it this way because of bare bottom?

You can put some sand in there to help the fish feel better and lower its stress.
