I have some beach front property in Arizona......insane

These mustrooms that are being sold as "jawbreakers" are very nice mushrooms. Are they Jawbreakers....absolutely not. But we all know names sell things in this hobby. IMO his ruins things with vendors that throw names on corals they are not. I feel that karma will bite those vendors and people will look elsewhere due to this. Just my opinion.

Thanks Rev. I have no idea how fast they are splitting. They lived for years without any lighting, just what shined through the kitchen window and back slider. I just put lights back on the tank a few months ago. They seem to be loving the radions, though.

Hey guys! Today I decided to cut my jawbreaker.

I made two cuts in the midddle just like the red lines in the picture, but I did not cut the mouth... Should I go back and finalize the cut or just live like that? Also, will the 2 parts float around the tank? Both have a base conected to the frag plug. Thank you!

If you do not separate them they will just heal back together you should cut all the way through the mouth

I bought mama about 3 years ago the size of a dime. I have prob fragged around 25 this year i can't keep track of how fast they grow now but it took around 2 years to get 5-10 of them.

What do you mean you fragged them? Are you cutting them?

And just curious, you have so many but hardly any have color. When does the red usually come in?

Sorry i meant that i just cut them off the rock.
They grow back quickly but take a while to color up.

how do you do that ?? wouldnt the freefloating one die ?

I cut the bottom of a water bottle and put netting over the top then let the mushroom sit inside on some rubble rock or frag plugs and they attach pretty fast.
